In April 2006 a different way of funding NHS treatment was imposed on the profession with little consultation and against the advice of the British Dental Association.
We have been given a limited contract to provide some NHS service until April 2009 with no guarantee of funding after that date.
The financial constraints mean that this service is strictly time limited and you may have to wait for an appointment and for your treatment to be completed.
The dentist has a mandate to provide all treatment and care necessary to secure and maintain oral health.
For additional security and the best chance of keeping your teeth and gums healthy and looking good we strongly recommend our private hygiene services, and our private restoration work. It is what we would choose for our own friends and family.
Please ask your dentist to explain your options.
We are required to include the following information on our website
